Many ways Amy Moore exceeded my expectations. I was with my mother-in-law, Amy's patient, and Amy made it her business to go above and beyond her role as a nurse and find a recliner when she noticed I had slept uncomfortably the night before.

Amy was very attentive to my mother-in-law's needs. Although, my mother-in-law didn't speak English, Amy never looked down on her or made her feel uncomfortable. She explained every procedure in detail before she did anything, which placed my mother-in-law at ease. The respect and care shown to us was always consistent and genuine. Amy made sure we had everything we needed from pillows, to soap, to lotion and shampoo. Amy did all of this to ensure we were both comfortable.

She was an answer to our prayers and made us feel as if we were home.
