Amy was exactly what my family needed during a very challenging time. My family had been struggling with making some very difficult decisions about my dad’s health and what was in his best interest. Amy came in and took the much-needed time to explain, answer questions, and support us all through the process.

As a nurse myself, I was struggling to find the right words to help my family not only understand but truly grasp the gravity of the situation with my dad’s failing health. Amy had just the right words and was patient and kind. She met my family where they were and provided the perfect level of comfort and support.

She is clearly serving HSHS in the perfect capacity as a hospice nurse.
