We had the great pleasure of Amy Brown caring for my husband last night, and she is truly the epitome of professionalism. She is calm, compassionate, and deeply attentive in her approach to patient care.
When my husband became irritated, Amy handled the situation with remarkable grace—she calmly de-escalated him without ever raising her voice. Her sweet and kind demeanor is a perfect complement to the high-quality care she provides.
During such a stressful time following his surgery, Amy was exactly what we needed. Her presence brought comfort and reassurance not only to my husband but to me as well.
