During the nine days, Amy was like a mother to me. She was like my best friend. In a nutshell, she always cared for me and never made me feel uncomfortable or awkward. She is so sweet and so genuine. Due to my numerous hospital stays on her unit, she requests to be my nurse every time. She comes in, and I feel so special every time she is here. She goes above and beyond any nurse here, and she and another nurse that I really like to treat me with such respect, with care, with kindness, with no discrimination, with love, and just feel love like I've known her for years. It just feels like a bonded friendship.
