After a long day of working at UPH Quad Cities, I got a phone call from my dad that my mom was being ambulanced to Cedar Rapids. She had to have a cardioversion done. Amy and Cori in the ER did an amazing job caring for my mom, explaining what was going on, and helped keep all my family at ease as to what all was going on.
I remember asking Amy and Cori how long they have been with the organization and one was here for about 2 years and it was the other's 1st day at St. Luke's. They did an awesome job displaying the FOCUS values and I am so grateful they did such a great job caring for my family.
