When I first moved from the Emergency Room to my new room, I was a little scared, but Amy came in with a bright smile on her face and made me feel happy. Not only did she check my vitals, but she also told me what they all mean and what they were going to do to help me get each one better. This information and optimistic attitude made such a difference and really got me not fearing my surgery so much. She is kind and really knew how to make me smile.
