Amy has a way of making each patient feel as if they are the only patient during her shift. She is proactive in their care and always demonstrates a positive attitude that is respectful to every patient, family and team member. Amy has been known to hold her patient's hands and praying with them. She always allows for clear, open communication for patients and their families as well as the current and oncoming shifts and holds herself accountable to the highest of standards as well as her peers.
