I am an older lady of 61. I came into your ER sick, scared, and crying in tears. Blood pressure was up, having anxiety, and a panic attack. I was put into a room and I had the best, sweetest nurse, her name was Amy. She held my hand, assured me everything was fine. Her level of comfort helped, her voice was soft and reassuring. She blessed me, helped me, and took great care of me. She went above and beyond, she deserves a pat on the back.
