A patient came into the office and had problems with her dialysis access. While in the office the dialysis access began to bleed, Amy Powell quickly acted and began to hold pressure and sent to someone to get the doctor. The doctor, Amy, and K worked together keeping the patient calm and taking care of the bleeding arm all while holding pressure and waiting on EMS to arrive. It took several minutes for EMS to arrive. EMS arrived and prepared the patient for transport. Amy held pressure on the patient's arm all the way to the hospital and into the OR.
