Amy was loving, caring, professional, and showed great leadership to all the staff involved in the infant code.
Amy came to the ER to help with a mom/family on her day off. Their infant had passed away and Amy sat with the family in the family room for several hours and consoled them during this most difficult time. She brought the family in to hold and view the infant and talked with them the entire time. She was loving, caring, professional, and showed great leadership to all the staff involved in the infant code.
