Amy Promkrairit, BSN, RN

Amy was kind, friendly, and attentive. I really felt like Amy embodied what nursing is all about. She was kind and caring, she provided anticipatory preparation, letting us know what was next or what the plan was. She was a good educator: clear, concise, simple instructions and education. Good assessment and questioned what seemed out-of-the-ordinary or concerning, but also asked about the patient's baseline and about what is normal for him (that is, she utilized the family's knowledge & experience). Engaged in additional assessment when she had concerns, e.g., added a neuro-assessment. Utilized the experience of her coworkers, conferred with her charge RN. She is a newer RN but a great asset to the profession & most importantly to her patients, past, present, and future.
