Following the unexpected death of a patient, Amy went above and beyond and assisted with post-mortem care in the PICU. She completely understood without me having to say anything, that I needed help with this particular patient. She provided exceptional and compassionate end-of-life care for this wonderful boy and his family, all the while guiding me on my second-ever post-mortem bath. Her kindness and sweet demeanor made such a difference for both the family and me during this difficult time.
