Amy is ever mindful of patient needs and comfort. She is especially likely to notice detail that even I would not notice like respecting privacy and pulling the curtain, closing the door, and knocking before she enters. She noticed when I seem to be uncomfortable and in need of repositioning or a warm blanket, I don’t even need to ask. She just KNOWS what I need. Her mind is on patient care and works way to go above and beyond needs. One always remembers all the little thoughtful kindness. I was so happy to see her – It was such a comfort to know she was still here! My family feels the same.
