Amy goes above and way beyond her job duties in dealing with patient's needs, concerns, and logistical issues. She ensures a patient fully understands all issues concerning them without being condescending. She has gone out of her way to educate me on my medical issues. She is like having my own private nurse. She is a very hard worker. Amy shows real concern for patient needs. She is very humble when told she did a good job.
Amy is hardworking, shows extreme concern for all needs of patients, is extraordinarily smart and explains why things need to happen! All these things made my stay here a little easier. Amy constantly is working, but always takes the time to explain things to patients.
