Amy was extremely attentive and compassionate. She has the gift of being able to comfort children as well as parents. She works very efficiently, as she is making you feel like you are her only patient. The hospital had equipment problems which put them 3 hours behind. (patients haven't had food or drink and are irritable to begin with and then they have to wait 3 more hours to get started). She kept a wonderful attitude not only with us but with all of the other patients as well. She is such an asset to that hospital. The perfect example of what nursing is all about.
