My husband had his second eye surgery with Dr Purdy, and Amy was wonderful. She explained everything step by step. She was not rushed and had concern before and after surgery.
She chose comforting words, and she was spot on when addressing his body language and repeated signs. She answered our call light asap as someone had locked the connecting bathroom lock. She was kind in nature and actions.
My husband had a lifetime of customer service and remarked several times what a good nurse she was. If you know my husband, he does not give compliments lightly. And these compliments were given before he was given drugs.
Amy represents well the quality of care and excellence that Caylor Nickel provides. If Amy doesn't win the DAISY Award please make sure she gets an "atta girl" pat on the back.
