Amy was my night nurse for two nights. She is a very quiet and minimized the number of times she had to wake me up. She helped the doctors realize I may have sleep apnea, which treating could vastly improve my breathing during the night. She made sure I knew what meds I had to take and helped to plan my nights around them so I could get the most sleep possible. She was very good at making sure my needs were met. Hospital stays are not good for sleeping but Amy made sure I got as much as possible by being so quiet and proactive. For these two nights, I wasn't woken by the beeping of my IV or feeding pumps which vastly improved my day as I was not nearly as tired. She is also very friendly and personable and kind. Amy is an amazing nurse and she deserves to be recognized for her hard work meeting patient's needs. Thank you so much, Amy.
