... Excellent nursing skills, took very good care of my mother. Excellent explanation of everything that was happening. Was always very attentive to our mother's needs and she was very patient with our many questions and concerns and was compassionate with our needs. She is a great asset to this hospital and her patients. When Amy comes in my mother's room, she always comes in with a smile. Extremely nice and kind. She is an amazing person, we all love her.
