We had a patient whom we were holding in the ED and she was getting tube feeding via the kangaroo pump. NONE of us could make it work. I called the 5th floor and asked to speak to the PCC and Amy immediately volunteered to come down and show us! It turned out the bag we were using was defective and she switched bags and got the feeding going. This is just great teamwork and I wanted to let you know that she really stepped up and helped us today!
