My father was transferred from UPMC Hanover to York Hospital. The day after he arrived it was discovered that 2 discs of necessary images were misplaced by the York Hospital staff. Amy Troy went into her department at the Hanover Hospital to copy 2 new discs and then personally delivered them to the York Hospital. This was Amy Troy's day off and she went above and beyond her duties to help my father. Thank you SO MUCH, Amy!
