Amy was extraordinarily helpful to me on discharge and education information on defibulator that my husband had at CHS. She went through a lot of difficult questions from me in great detail to ensure that what instructions given me were simple for me to understand what was going to happen as far as device, doctors to contact, home instructions after discharge, getting me a cardiac diet plan, explaining the procedure, what to look for as far as complications. She is an exceptional person. Very reassuring and very informative, all in all I can leave the hospital feeling assured through her assistance that I feel confident that I can take good care of my husband.

With all the overwhelming things that we have been dealing with since my husband's stroke and his surgery, Amy has exceptional skill in working with her patient's family's concerns.
