Amy truly demonstrates empathy and compassion for all of her patients. She is cheerful, easily approachable and always positive in her interactions with patients, families, and members of the health care team. We recently had a patient with a complicated fistula requiring multiple daily ostomy changes. The patient was very tearful and Amy was calm and reassuring. She went above and beyond by taking the patient's soiled slippers home and laundering them. She is a true superstar!!
