Amy was my mother's nurse during her post-operative stay for a rare cancerous condition. Amy went above and beyond in many ways, including doing an internet search to educate herself on my mother's condition. Amy is clearly a top-notch nurse who stayed on top of all symptoms and procedures and helped others to learn them. One day when she was not our assigned nurse, she helped our nurse re-pack my mother's wound to help her learn what needed to be done. Amy wasn't just friendly and caring, she took the time to listen and understand my mother's concerns without dismissing or belittling her. Amy is on a floor where she does not often deal with 80-year-olds, but the care she showed my mother was exceptional! Thank you, Amy.
