Ana Biss, RN, BSN

While in her care, I saw she is highly regarded by her colleagues and respected by the doctors conducting business on this floor. She is helpful to others and adapts her care on an as-needed basis to achieve results and the best outcomes. Ana helped me get through a very dark place in my recovery both emotionally by taking time to talk to me about my care and physically by coordinating room visits, ensuring medications were given on time and projected a very positive outlook. The concern she showed about my well-being and recovery allowed me to put my trust in her and took much worry off of my shoulders. Ana is truly a professional demonstrating this as intern students were here for a day. She took time to guide and show them everything she was doing that day. I am so glad our paths crossed because I could have not made it through the 3 or 4 days of pain and dread without her.
