Ana has been there as often as I have needed her to be. She is very personable and extremely caring. She noticed what others had missed. She has made me confident in Upper Valley's staff. Other nurses should strive to be like her. She is so compassionate and professional. Ana has kept me extremely comfortable and made sure I knew exactly what my care plan and treatment options were. I'm so thankful for her. She coordinated with other staff to provide phenomenal care. She switched my IV site as requested. She is very compassionate and showed exceptional care. The best nurse I ever had.
