Ana Caceres is a perfect example of how a nurse is supposed to make you feel. Her bedside manner is impeccable. From the first day, I met Ana she made my hospital stay a breeze. She actually took the time to talk to me about a lot of personal things. So to me, Ana is more than a nurse, I found a friend.
