I based my nomination on the frequency and the quality of interaction between the nurse and the patient. Ana Christine's interactions are always kind and helpful. As a charge nurse she is always present at the start of the hemodialysis session, assisting the primary nurse and also a great benefit to the patient. Her professionalism and the manner in which she speaks to and cares for the patients and her co-workers is exemplary. It is evident she loves her work and her profession. She has enthusiasm every day. She possesses all the qualities of an outstanding nurse.
