Ana Credo Cheng, RN

Ana has really stepped up as a leader for the night shift in ICU. She recently achieved her staff RN III title and has been working diligently to improve the quality of care in the unit. She coordinated between security and patient safety to understand our process and educate all of her fellow nurses on workplace violence and has been actively trying to make our unit a safer place for all.
