Ana Klisiewicz, MSN, RN

Ana is being nominated for the DAISY Award for being approachable, accessible, knowledgeable, and a very compassionate nurse. She has transitioned gracefully to the role of clinical coordinator, juggling multiple responsibilities and developing new staff. Ana successfully implemented new programs/ideas that offered patient-centered/focused care. In relation to Patient experience, Ana takes a lead role in rounding and customer relations. Her efforts and leadership related to patient experience have contributed to an increase in 6 south scores.  She goes above and beyond for her staff and the patients. 

Ana is a great resource to staff for clinical support, a safety coach, and a PI contributor. She is a relatively recent MSN graduate and serves as a professor to the new generations of TSON students. She is an effective leader who has helped recommend and employ new staff and is a dynamic factor in 6 South’s success. Day in and day out, Ana garners trust from both staff and patients/family members to ensure positive outcomes. Ana is an Extraordinary Nurse who is transforming healthcare for the populations that we serve.
