Ana is a very gentle soul. She did not panic the first time she saw me throwing up blood, and she handled it very calmly, because she saw me panicking and hyperventilating. She stayed by my side till I was calm and my pulse was normal. She also calmed down my 6-year-old daughter, who was crying and screaming because she was scared, and Ana gave her some apple juice and graham crackers. She genuinely cares for people.
