As my first time to NICU with my 3rd child, I was nervous and worried about the care my preemie baby would receive. Ana was so friendly and supportive and she kept me informed on the care my daughter received. She was helpful, smart and amazing as a nurse as well as a person. I feel my daughter was in very capable, warm and caring hands. Ana made our time here wonderful and I can tell she loves her job. No matter what questions I had, she tried to answer them in a timely fashion. As a family, we never planned on an early birth, but if we had I would have wanted Ana to care for my precious angel. I can tell she is an amazing nurse and has a very warm heart. She deserves to be recognized for all of her hard work and all she does to take care of sick babies. Thank you so much! You are a superhero!
