Ana is what I call an exemplary compassionate person. She has a way about her that makes you feel special within the first two minutes that you talk to her. Her bedside manner makes me more appreciative of the work she does. I have a great deal of respect for her. She deals with patients that are difficult but keeps her cool. She is what I would call the perfect nurse.
