Ana has been a joy to have as my mother's nurse. There are no words to express her kindness - she always had a smile on her face and always listened to all of my questions and concerns, addressing them as promised. She is knowledgeable and competent and always made my mother feel cared for. One day she was with a new nurse, shadowing her and her professionalism towards her new co-worker and to her patients was very impressive. She always worked so hard to ensure that all of my mother's needs were attended to. Thank you for employing such an amazing, caring, and kind nurse. She made my mother's stay so much easier and has been a ray of sunshine through some very gloomy days.
