Ana Ortiz 2025, RN

Ms. Ana Ortiz is a role model for all nurses! On our first encounter, she was pleasant, knowledgeable, hardworking, and patient. She took care of my aunt, who was very ill, so she tirelessly helped her and kept us informed of what was going on, even though we had a lot of questions and concerns. I noticed how she made herself available at all times, whether in person or on the phone. My aunt has been in this hospital many times, and this is the first time we nominated a nurse due to her work ethic, diligence, and positive attitude. She is not only a great model for all nurses, but most importantly, the patients she cares for are truly blessed to have her on their side while they recover. This job is not easy, and she seems to have been doing nursing for a while now. God bless you, Ms. Ana Ortiz, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
