Ana Saucedo 2024, RN

Ana serves as a charge nurse on the night shift. She always makes herself available to her fellow nursing peers AND patients. She has a special eye for detail, and this reflects amazing care for every patient she comes in contact with. She always communicates with patients and family in a calm and reassuring manner. She is truly an amazing nurse. During a more critical situation recently, Ana jumped in immediately and acted as a leader. She was able to get the right resources that the patient needed in a timely manner. Ana creates an environment where her peers feel comfortable approaching her with issues. Her openness and kindness have helped provide patients with excellent care. She advocates for patients and does not hesitate to speak up when it is necessary.
