Ana Urbina, RN, BSN

It was my lucky day, after surgery I ended up in hands and care of Ana Urbina. Her knowledge and wisdom along with confidence gave me great comfort in her care. Ana informed me of every pill she was administering, taking the time to let me know what it was for. To my surprise, I lucked out again to have her walk into my room this morning introducing herself, and sharing a laugh. Without missing a beat she just started tidying up my room. What a ray of sunshine she is. Between her compassion and knowledge, I scored. One can only hope to get her for a third day. Ana Urbina is definitely a DAISY Nurse. It shows she loves her job and shares that love with her patients. Much gratitude.
