Ana comes in the morning with a big, bright, smile and always wants to know how my night was after she left.
From the first night that I came in Ana was nice, polite, and understanding! I was honestly being a straight-up witch! That didn't stop her, she still showed me respect and genuine love, and compassion. I was so hungry as I have been homeless for over a year now. She gave me hope by saying that Jesus loves me, and she does too and she and everyone at this hospital would help me. I don't feel alone, nope, not anymore!
She comes in the morning with a big, bright, smile and always wants to know how my night was after she left. Someone actually wanted to know about Me... Wow! When the doctors come in, she always comes with them to hear what they tell me, and after they leave, she continues working but will always return to ask me if I understood everything that they said... I would lie and say "Yes!" but she is smart, and she didn't believe me so she would explain everything to me again. I would give a big sigh and she would know then that I understood, and my mind was at ease.
Your entire staff is beautiful work of God's Awesome Love and Work! They all worked so well together. I don't worry about being homeless anymore and that's a good thing because your staff and this nurse would only want me to focus on getting better! Thank you for all you have done! God bless the AdventHealth Hospital and staff!
