During the time spent in the hospital for a sudden procedure, the patient met with Anagha. She empathized with the patient and family. She is always positive, encouraging, empathetic, and compassionate that makes her a great nurse.

It is with great joy and excitement that I nominate Nurse Cupples for the DAISY Award. I have observed Nurse Cupples and she has never had a bad day or bad experience. What a way to describe as "going above and beyond". Patients check into our department with looks of anxiety. Some come in crying, and some even come in upset and confrontational. Every single one that I have observed Nurse Cupples take care of has left with a smile and at least a look of hope that things will get better. She is valuable to the department.
