Anaida was taking care of my uncle while in the ICU. She handled not only him, but my mother and me with much care. His mother had passed away and her funeral was the day before. Her energy and way of speaking was very genuine. She took her time to speak with us calmly and compassionately about the situation, helping to make us feel comfortable. Her treatment of my mother, uncle and me should be an example to other staff and nurses. It is the epitome of what a nurse, a great nurse is!
