... I was a patient on 2 Brush and for several days, Ann was my nurse. Ann provided exceptional care. She was very compassionate and listened to my concerns. Each time she came into my room, we talked about aspects of my care (pain management, wound care, medications, activity level). She gave me practical tips on managing my recovery at home. I always felt better either physically and/or emotionally from our interactions. I did not realize how efficient Ann was until the day of discharge. The discharge instructions were all topics we had previously discussed. She had been preparing me for this day. I felt very comfortable going home.

My experience at Harper Hospital was very positive. Ann played a significant role. Her excellent clinical skills, compassionate nature and sense of humor helped me to heal. I am very thankful.
