I had a wonderful experience of giving birth to my first baby girl at AZHD. The doctors, nurses, and midwives have been great throughout. I would especially like to thank and recognize my midwife Mara for being so supportive throughout my journey. She was always there on time and took extra care of me. Being underweight I always thought that I would not find breastfeeding easy. But Maria worked really hard in boosting my confidence and pushing me in the right way to teaching me how to breastfeed using different techniques and never letting me give up. Now my 37 weeks baby latches perfectly on my breast. Apart from that, she has been wonderful to my baby in communicating with her. Making her smile, handling her with extra care, and also teaching my husband how to burp her, feed her, and take care of her at night. Something I will be thankful for the rest of my life. So thank you, Maria!
