There are three moments that felt so impressed during my stay in Bangkok Hospital Phuket on my birthday. Anchan was the nurse who takes care of me since I arrived. She came and talked to me politely, also did the room orientation. Honestly, at that time I was so sick and feel so scared to stay in the hospital. She made me feel relieved from the first day until the day that I discharged. Every time that I call, she always came fast and makes sure that everything is okay. I did not feel pain when she put in and out the needle and other treatments. She is the best nurse that I have ever met.
All the nurses and housekeeping staffs in this Ward 6B are great. They are welcoming, helpful, and humble to me and my partner. As I mentioned above that I stayed in the hospital on my birthday, I would like to thank all of the nurses at this ward. They noticed that my birthday and asked my partner for my nickname to prepare a birthday cake (my partner was not realized that they would do a birthday surprise). So, that birthday surprise was amazing, I did not expect to get this beautiful celebration in my room and the cake was beautiful and mentioned my name on it. Thank you all. All of the points that I have mentioned are the reasons that I never changed my mind to go to other hospitals.
Bangkok Hospital Phuket is the best hospital on the island, and I have no doubt why many people are loyal to this brand because of their services, technology, and people, even though the price is higher than others.
