Ancy is an excellent Nurse. She is always present in the Pod. She respects our family members and asks our opinions about my son's choices. She doesn't wait for the Nurse's aid to come and clean my child. I see my child is clean and comfortable whenever she is working. She is very understanding and caring, I get a good night sleep at the bedside or at home whenever she is assigned to my son. My child is also very comfortable with her. Ancy is never in a hurry, spends time with us, answers our questions and is very compassionate. Her smiling face and soft touches are valuable for those who are traumatized like us. She is inspiring and a true role model to follow. My son always says her Injections never hurt. I also noticed that she is a team player; she finds time to help her friends as needed.
