Ande Doss, RN

As soon as Ande entered the room each night, I felt at ease. Ande demonstrated exemplary communication skills, compassion, integrity, and competence. My father, who was her patient, broke his hip and suffers from dementia. Ande did an amazing job of caring for him during his stay. She even took the time to tell me she would “be praying for us” on her last shift with us. My family was blessed to have her as Dad’s nurse.
