I am a patient on floor 13 after falling on the floor at home, breaking and cracking several bones in my hip and spinal cord. I have been here for about 12 days. Without nurse Anderson Paulose, my painful experience would be unbearable. His bedside manner has been a delight. I breathe easier when I see his caring face. He always has a positive and fantastic attitude. He talks to me and answers all my questions in a way I can understand. He listens to me and gives me his undivided attention. His eyes are focused on me when he speaks. He communicates the doctor’s instructions with clarity. He even showed me how to take my pills without choking, and he cleans up all the medical paper wraps and leaves my room litter-free. After a long day, he still has a smile on his face.
He makes me laugh. When I told him I wanted to take him home with me, he just smiled.
What else needs to be said about Nurse Anderson other than he is dedicated to his profession and his patients. He is one in a million!
This hospital is fortunate to have nurse Anderson. He gives Baylor and the nursing profession a good name.
Keep up the good work, Nurse Anderson. You are one of a kind and much needed.

Thank you, Anderson, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
