I stayed with my mother here in 4 West for five days now, all the staff were great to us and professional. However, Andi stood out and did an outstanding job taking the time to help answer many our questions and understand the answers. She listened to my mother when she had something to say. I rarely felt like I could leave my mom for more than a few minutes at a time, but when Andi was our nurse, I felt secure and able to leave the room to take care of things and not worry as much!! She is so deserving of any and all awards. She made me feel like she really cares about all her patients. Thank you, Andi!
