Andra always goes over and beyond with whatever is requested of her every day. She always listens to the needs of the patients and is always available to help other staff members when the need arises. She is a bundle of joy and brings warmth and happiness to our work environment. She constantly has a positive attitude and passes that on to others. Negative is not in her vocabulary. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied with what they are doing. We are very lucky to have her working in our unit.
