Our family would like to thank Andrael Jones for the kindness and care he showed our mother during her stay at Phoebe. Andrael never hesitated to explain or repeatedly explain the situation and medical procedures in layman's terms so we could understand and feel comfortable with her care. Andrael showed compassion, understanding, knowledge, and humanity when it came to his patient care. He followed up on all of our requests, and understood, she is recently widowed, the mother of 7, grandmother and great grandmother of 13, a sister, aunt, and friend who would be sorely missed if anything happened to her. Most of all Andrael showed that even though she was not his only patient, he treated her as if she was. Again. we would like to say thanks Andrael, stay safe, and keep up the good work.
