What stood out most was that we never had to seek him out; he was always one step ahead, present, attentive, and ready to help. His kindness, professionalism, and excellent communication brought us a sense of calm and reassurance during a stressful time. AJ was, without a doubt, one of the best ER nurses we’ve ever encountered. He kept us informed every step of the way.
