I am new to New Jersey, do not have friends, and only know a few people. Andrea Aggarao gave me the sense that I belong here. Her attention to all her patients makes you feel like you are the only one under her care. She will talk to you as if you are old friends. I am sure she wears a smile on her face, but it’s hard to tell with the mask on. Her bedside manner goes above and beyond, knowing the overnight shift is hard and more tiring than working the day shift. I know I did it for years- but Andi doesn’t show it at all. You could ring the nurse's call button and know that she still has that smile on her face and a kind word to share. She has made me feel so comfortable while I have been here. And if she didn’t know something, she would find it out. She truly is Florence Nightingale in her nursing skills and an asset to the hospital and its staff. I’ve been to a lot of hospitals from the West Coast, mid West, and now here on the East Coast, and Andi has got to be the best care I have ever had. Thank you for allowing her to be my nurse and give me such good care. Words cannot express nor are they enough to describe Andi, the care she gave me, and the kindness she showed me. Kudos to her and all she does.
